Known to be the Mother of all celebrations, the province of Isabela celebrated Bambanti Festival on the same week USB inaugurated its 1st Branch Lite in Ilagan.
Bambanti or “Scarecrow” has become a symbol of the celebration because of its historic ties to farmers and their crops. It symbolizes diligence, resoluteness, and
the enduring spirit of the people of Isabela. In the light of the three values symbolized by Bambanti, the Bank’s Lending Office which served the Province for 17 years
is converted as Branch Lite and inaugurated on January 18, 2019. The event was attended by the Local Council of Ilagan, headed by Vice Mayor Piding Villanueva,
some of the City Councilors, Barangay Officials, businessmen and school heads.
The former Ilagan Lending Office is now known as USB Ilagan Branch Lite.
The Province can now experience a more personal and proactive banking service, equipped with an Automated Teller Machine and open for banking transactions from
8:30 am- 1pm and loan transactions until 4:30 pm. Still conveniently located at G/F Hipolito Building, Calamagui 2nd, City of Ilagan, Isabela.
