Mr. Montesa is Senior Vice President of the Digital Banking Sector of the Land Bank of the Philippines. Prior to that, he was Vice-President of the IT-Project Management Office of the Technology Management Group. Mr. Montesa also served as Director of United Coconut Planters Bank from November 24, 2021, up to its merger with LANDBANK on March 1, 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the Philippines – Diliman, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the College of the Holy Spirit.
