Despite the current situation, UCPB Savings Bank continues to further extend its services to the “Heart of Nueva Ecija”- Municipality of Rizal. This marks the 58th branch inauguration for the bank, serving 41 provinces in total. The Rizal, Nueva Ecija Branch Lite is located at Quezon St., Poblacion Centro, Rizal, Nueva Ecija.
Formerly Cabanatuan Lending, the bank opened a branch in Rizal, Nueva Ecija to expand the resources it can offer to its clients. In a sense, the inauguration is a manifestation of the goal of UCPBS in becoming a catalyst of economic growth, especially in reviving the agricultural sector. The Province of Nueva Ecija is known as the Rice Granary of the Philippines.
For safer transactions, UCPBS installed acrylic barriers to ensure the safety of both the clients and the bank employees. The Branch Lite is also equipped with an Automated Teller’s Machine for easy banking.
Last March 5, 2021, the Administrative Officer- former Municipal Mayor Mr. Rafaelito Andres, and Municipal Vice Mayor of Rizal, Nueva Ecija, Hon. Bonifacio D. Soliven welcomed UCPBS’ branch lite. The blessing was officiated by Rev. Fr. Ronald Rhoel T. Ocampo.
Mr. Wilfred Abobo, Branch Banking Division head reiterated the Bank’s goal to open a branch to each of the 82 provinces of the country.
