Ms. Turla is a Senior Vice President of Land Bank of the Philippines. She joined Land Bank as Accounting Clerk in 1989 and subsequently took on the roles of Financial Specialist, Chief of Division and Department Manager, among others, before being appointed as Head of the Northern Luzon Branches Group. Ms. Turla graduated from the University of Nueva Caceres with a degree in BS Commerce. She later earned her Masters in Public Administration from the Philippine Christian University and completed the Leadership Development Program of Ateneo Business School.
