Payroll Service Arrangement is a facility offered by UCPB Savings Bank to clients who wish to have their payroll serviced by the Bank thru account crediting. It is a disbursement system by which the salaries of the employees are automatically credited to their deposit accounts.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Depositor of UCPB Savings Bank
• With a minimum required CASA ADB of Php250T for Mother Account and required number of payroll account of employees.

FEATURES:

• Better alternative to check issuance, cash outlay, and envelope stuffing
• USB takes care of crediting clients’ employees’ salaries and bonuses into their accounts
• Clients’ employees accounts are not required to maintain the minimum Average Daily Balance (ADB)
• Fund transfer/payroll crediting is based on agreed disbursement dates of the client

1. 1. Minimum Monthly ADB and low balance service charge requirements shall be waived for the Payroll Accounts. Payroll accounts maybe opened via Savings Account ATM or Checking Account ATM. In exchange for this accommodation, however, the CLIENT shall maintain in the Mother Account the required minimum monthly ADB for the Mother Account of:
      • P250,000.00 for payroll of 100 and below accounts.
      • P275,000.00 for payroll of 101-200 accounts
      • P300,000.00 for payroll of 201-300 accounts
      • P350,000.00 for payroll of 301-400 accounts
      • P400,000.00 for payroll of 401-500 accounts
      • P500,000.00 for payroll of 501 and above accounts
   2. In case the Mother Account falls below the required minimum monthly ADB for the Mother Account and the required minimum monthly ADB, a service charge shall be automatically debited from the Mother Account, as follows:

CHARGES:

1. All Payroll Accounts shall be exempted from the required ADB/MMB.
